Ecrofi 2025 Registrations Rules
For those who wish to attend, please be aware that conference registration is non- cancelable and non refundable, but are transferable to others.
Reduced registration fees to students
Student Fee will be applied to undergraduate, postgraduate and Ph.D. students.

Abstract Submission Rules
The meeting will be in person; there will not be a virtual attendance option. Once an abstract is accepted, the presenting author is the sole contact for all correspondence regarding the abstract, unless otherwise specified under the “Contact Information” section of the online abstract submission system.
Only one figure or table may be included in abstract submissions.
The presenting author must be one of the co-authors listed on the submitted abstract.
The keywords inserted in the abstracts will be used to define the sessions.
All sessions will be open to host contributions in honor of Jacques Touret . If you want to contribute, please tick the related box during abstract submission.
The presenting author is responsible for:
Ensuring all authors have read and agreed to the abstract. Failure to obtain approval from all authors will result in rejection of the abstract.
Notifying co-authors of any changes to the program communicated by ECROFI2025.
Forwarding all correspondence from ECROFI2025 to co-authors.
If the presenting author cannot attend, the presenter can be changed on the Author(s) tab of the submission process until April 5. After this deadline, replacements must be communicated to info.ecrofi2025@unito.it.
Presenting authors must attend the ECROFI2025 Congress in Turin in person.
Each abstract author agrees to:
Adhere to the rules.
Ensure the abstract is submitted according to the rules.
Waive claims against ECROFI2025 or reviewers regarding the submission process.
